The covenant is our written list of what Bible Anvil will never do. If you believe we have crossed one of those lines, writing here starts a clock: acknowledgement within 72 hours, a written answer within 14 days.
Billing and payments
Nothing is being charged yet — Bible Anvil has not launched. When it does, this is where a payment question goes. If you are ever charged and did not mean to be, write here and we will help you get it back. Refunds are Apple’s and Google’s to issue, so that decision is not ours to promise. Being on your side is.
Security
Found a vulnerability in the site, or later in the app? Report it here. It is deliberately separate from the covenant: a security hole is a bug, not a broken promise.
